Prices are per cottage per week.
Deposit of £50, per house, per booking, required at time of booking, remainder payable one month before arrival.  
If arrival date is less than one month from time of booking, full amount is due on confirmation of booking.
What’s provided: Double duvet (2 if using bed settee), 2 single duvets, Blankets, Pillows, Hair dryer, Radio/cd/alarm clock, All kitchen equipment
What’s not provided: Duvet covers, Pillow cases, Bed sheets, Iron, Towels. All electrical plug sockets are European. British appliances with UK plugs are compatible using adapter plugs (available on request).

Booking Conditions

1. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. The balance must be made in full, four weeks prior to your arrival time. If your holiday commences within four weeks of booking, you must pay the full amount.
2. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Rental commences at 16.00 and finishes at 10.00 on day of departure.
3. Prices include water and normal electricity expenses.
4. A 100 Euros or £60 cash deposit, payable on arrival, will be required from tenants against damage and cleaning, and will be refunded in full within one week of departure, providing the house is left in a satisfactory order.
5. The rental price includes final cleaning, but tenants are required to leave the house clean and tidy, rubbish bins emptied, fridges emptied and cleaned, on departure, failure to do so, any exceptional cleaning required, will be charged at 20 Euros per hour.
6. Duvets and pillows are supplied, but you must bring your own bed linen, duvet covers, and towels.
7. Rental charges are based on the agreement that no more than the original number of persons initially booked, may occupy or use the premises.

PLEASE NOTE
The use of the accommodation, equipment and any other amenities at “Kermarie”, is at the tenants own risk, and no responsibility can be accepted for, injury, loss or damage to guests personally or their belongings (including cars).
French law requires that guests provide for themselves any insurance they consider advisable, which should include public liability.
However under no circumstances shall the owners liability to thetenant exceed the amount paid to the owners for the rental period.
